I have been a licensed Broker since 2004 and a Managing Broker since 2017. Over the years I have been on two top-producing real estate teams, Ginn Group who specialized in land development and new construction sales and more recently Sharp Realty Group who specializes in homes with acreage, seniors downsizing and general Clark County sales. My experience includes sales, transaction management, marketing, communications and event planning. I continually keep up with our local market conditions, changing laws, and forms updates so I can be an asset to my clients. I strive to keep open and clear communication throughout the course of business with clients and associates. 

I was born and raised in Woodland where I reside with my husband and our three adult children. We enjoy spending time at home with our animals and working in the garden as well as exploring new places either on our motorcycle or with our travel trailer. 

Now that our children are grown, I have been getting more involved with our local association, which has been very informational and rewarding.
